Full Circle Wellness Review and Dermaplaning Facials
We spend tons of money on serums, anti-aging creams, moisturizers, but are they actually working?!?! I read years ago that they are less effective if they are sitting on dead skin cells. Yes there is dead skin on your face, in fact all over your body. In comes dermaplaning what is it?!?! Dermaplaning is a safe (provided the person performing it is properly trained) and highly effective physical exfoliation procedure. It requires the use of a sterile, surgical scalpel to gently "shave" the skin's surface, removing the top-most layer of dead skin along with fine, vellus hair (aka peach fuzz). When Full Circle Wellness invited me to try one of their services, I immediately opted for the dermaplaning facial. My aesthetician was so nice and accommodating. Full Circle Health has two facilities, one offering medical services and the other offering wellness & aesthetic services. The facial room had a comfy bed that reclines and was more akin to a doctors bed than one you would find at the spa. However, with the current pregnancy aches and pains I am having this bed was more than amazing and comfy.
Before the aesthetician started the procedure, I was a little afraid of what it would feel like, especially since it’s literally a blade going over your skin. But it was surprisingly soothing like small scratches but not painful. I think at one point I fell asleep because it was super relaxing. The aesthetician was also aware of my comfort level since I’m pregnant and I really appreciated that. I am truly in love with this spa and it’s a gorgeous relaxing atmosphere.

Combined they have 34 years of experience in family practice medicine.
