Farmacy Beauty Green Makeup Cleanser Review

I've started to get into quite a few different cleansing balms, such as the Colleen Rothschild Radiant Cleansing Balm. They are honestly life changing! At first, I was skeptical of these products since there are so many cleansers out there that don't require scooping it out of a container. I'm all about not having extra steps in my skincare. But I was open minded about these products and tried them anyway. I'm glad I did because the results are amazing!

Today I'll be sharing my thoughts on the the Farmacy Beauty Green Clean Makeup Cleanser. It's a nourishing cleansing balm that erases makeup and gently lifts away impurities caused by pollution, it leaves the skin hydrated and silky smooth. I wanted to put those claims to the test. I have yet to find a "cleanser" that removes all makeup.

Key Ingredients

A unique patent-protected variant of Echinacea Purpurea, GreenEnvy™ contains a high concentration of the phytochemical Cichoric Acid, a potent natural antioxidant that promotes an evenly toned complexion.

Sunflower Oil and Ginger Root Oil gently cleanse and nourish the skin for a glowing complexion.

Extract of the Moringa tree, a native to India and Africa, helps to purify and refresh skin by removing impurities caused by pollution.

Papaya extract acts as a natural exfoliator to help renew the look of the skin’s surface.

An aromatic blend of Lime, Bergamot and Orange essential oils revitalizes the look of skin.

How does this stuff work?

When applied to your dry skin, the green balm literally starts melting into an oil. It then instantly dissolves your makeup before your very eyes. I tested this after a photoshoot (full face of makeup) to really put it to the test. I would definitely use it sparingly because I underestimated what I needed and it was an oily mess. However, I did literally see my makeup melting before my skeptic eyes. You can rinse with water or you can take a damp washcloth to wipe the makeup off. I opted for the damp washcloth so that I can gently wipe the eye makeup off. My skin felt clean and nourished after I towel dried my face. I couldn't believe how hydrated it felt and how soft my skin was.

Overall Thoughts

Cleansing Balms are currently my go to for removing makeup. I don't think I'll go back to a regular cleanser, EVER! It definitely adds extra steps and can get messy but I'm in love with how non-drying the Farmacy formula is. I will definitely be repurchasing this product and highly recommend this cleanser to you.
